Trent needs to find a dynamic recruiter for his staff..ala Frank Wilson in football.

The names Brent Scott, Nick Robinson, and Donnie Guerinoni don't exactly pop the "wow meter" when it comes to college assistants. If Johnson ultimately doesn't survive, I think his loyalty to his very average assistant coaches will be a factor in his undoing.
