I have no idea on the half splits or why that's really relevant.

I know TR had 20 carries for 98 yds rushing at one point late in the 4th and finished with 23 ad 89.

As a team I think Alabama had 180 or so yards mid way thru the 2nd Q and had less than 120 from that point. That seems to be a recurring theme for the LSU defense lately, they give a few yards early, but get better as the game wears on.

How about looking at the title of this thread, that would be a good place to start.

We shut down the success he had in the first half, thus reducing his yards;moving the ball. Moreover, that is relevant to what the OP was saying in his quote from moron boy, if we shut down their bread and butter that is TR, they don't move the ball as effectively. Sure, they have other RB's and AJ threw a few times but TR is their go to guy.

Get it now?
