I'm not sure how this works. Could he be a part of the David West S&T? Can teams trade two sign and trade players for each other?
ETA: The fact that it is for $9 million, and D West's deal is reportedly around the same, makes me think it could be.

They have alot of money tied up, I don't see how they can afford west without a sign and trade
