I think the difference was the intimidation of Bama. Plus, Lee did fine at first until #30 hit him. That was a very hard hit, delivered late, and should have been flagged. The Bama coaches almost certainly saw from film that Lee was more sensitive to pressure than most QBs. I think they told their front 7 that they'd take the penalty to get a quality hit on him. And it worked. And it'll work again. That's why he's not seeing the field.

Agreed 100% He looked rattled at the line after that hit. Had to make the change.
