My experience with espn3 is they won't stream to IPs outside the USA. You could try Justintv.com It'll cost you $9.95 US but I've used it this past fall from Mexico and several Caribe Islands... You'll need a good connection tho.

Have used ESPN.com many times here in the states to watch and/or follow games when not at a tv. Will look into the Justintv.com route too.
