Before you decide to throw down your myopic political views, why don't you bother to read the article. I would hardly call the instigator of the rule a liberal organization. It states:
"The state uses NCAA rules and regulations for its football competitions, and The College Football Officiating guidelines state the following in regards to unsportsmanlike conduct on a play that results in a touchdown"

Thanks NCAA; you stupid rule trickled down to HS football and ruined a state championship. If this rule is to continue (and I hope NOT) refs at all levels need to learn the difference between celebrating and taunting.

This HS is just a few blocks from my house, they're good kids and they're devastated. It's in the heart of the city and to play football there takes a lot of dedication. They have no field, so just getting to practice is a major undertaking. I really feel sorry for them.
