For the Tigers to be so good, with so much home grown talent..

It reflects well on football in our state of La. for some many of our players to be from the state, it says alot about our level of football played from youth all the way to high school...

Louisiana has always had stellar football talent. Back in the day we lost out on players like Kordell Stewart, Marshall Faulk, Warwick Dunn, Ike Hilliard and so on and so on.

Countless great players LSU missed out on before Saban and now Miles put a fence around the state. That's why there's no reason to think LSU won't be a great program for years and years to come.

It shows the total incompetence in hiring head coaches starting in 1987.

I also love this. It's great to be able to snag guys like pp7 and ware but Its a little added bonus when guys like tm7 the freak and Reid are representing towns in la especially because that really helps lock down the home state in future recruiting. When a big recruit from la sees what someone else from their school can do at lsu it is the best recruiting tool IMO
