He said ..."right now". He set himself up for the campaigning perfectly, provided they win. If they win BIG, as it appears they might, it will make a big impact.

I donno, Saban was all over the place between College Gameday and the CBS pregame on his soap box, OK State needs to keep the pace up now and hope that VA tech loses....hopefully Ok State's actions will speak louder than Saban's words today

Yea, "*" means note, which I posted at the end "*at this point." Which is the same thing the media is doing, taking it out of context.

Like they just talked about during the game, he puffed up the SEC, when he should have been puffing up oSu. Pete Carroll, Nick Saban, Les Miles, never saw them backing away from how good their teams were.

He played it safe, and it could cost him.


eta: fwiw, I think they should get in, and hope they do get in. BUT, if they don't, I think his lack of advocacy is partly to blame.
