Dusted in flour and am searing it now. I'll pull it and start a light sauté of carrots, mushrooms, onions and celery in a moment. Not sure if later to add pototos or not but I have plenty of time for that.

hurry up and eat the damn neck...taters, rice, doesnt matter... tomorrow if leftovers, pull it, maybe add a bit of moisture and eat it on toast...(sos)..

I had to wait for the family to leave. Just sauteed all down, deglazed with half bottle of Prisoner I had open (poured a water glass to taste for me though) added roast back and covered in oven at 300. I'm early so I want it to cook slow. I'll add potatos later.
