What exactly is the SEC fanfare at game this weekend?

I think I went to this when we played UT and remembered it being bullshite but memory is a little hazy. Anyone know specifically what it entails?

The deal I went to in 2007 was miserable. They had some cool stuff for sale but that was about it.
Granted, as soon as I walked in Herbstreit did his "scoop" on the 5 ginormous projectors they had up and I was pissed off so take my opinion for what its worth

I like going to the pep rally. You hear the band pump fans up indoors (so the sound is really powerful), and they sell beer.
