Mine is just one light in the lower right quadrant. I tried everything the xbox support website said and it says I have to send it in for repair. My warranty is already up. If I have to pay for it to be repaired, I might as well just get one of the new xboxes. I won't be able to get one for a while though.

Do not send it in for repairs. You will receive a refurbished 360, odds are that the "repaired" 360 you receive will crap out in 2-4 months.
