Nope, we jsut beat them already. So as I asked already in another thead, if Bama does get the rematch and they win do we play a third game to determine who wins the set?

Look, the issue it raises is if Bama beats LSU you have 2 one loss teams who have only lost to each other. To crown Bama the champion would be a travesty and not correct.
In order for this game to mean anything is if you have a rubber match in case Bama wins, otherwise there is no upside for LSU besides reaffirming what they already accomplished in beating Bama.
There should be some rule written where you can't play in the game if you didnt' win your division, conference or title game if there is one.
Otherwise scrap the whole system and go to playoffs. Until then, you can't have rematches if you want the bowl system to retain meaning. Where were all the rematch proponents when Mich and OSU were 1 and 2 in 2007 and we overtook a one loss mich to play osu in the bcs?
