I would be hoping for one. But wouldn't think we deserved it. If that makes any sense

Well we would have lost on the road, not at home. Too complicated for you? Bama fans would have been screaming and crying about it.

And I'm sure Bama would agree, right?

Well at least we'd have beaten a couple of other good teams and not lost to them at home.

But rematch does suck for us.

It's also a weird year. It's so clear there are no other good options.

Rematch or not, the system is set up to see the best 2 teams play for all of the marbles. This year it just happens to be LSU and Bama. We have already beaten them once, why the pussiness?

That's probably true but....the networks & talking heads would NOT be. They would be ripping LSU to shreds talking about the fact that they didn't win their division or conference, they lost to them once, they lost to them at home, blah blah blah, all the things that don't seem to matter because its bama.

The ESPN frickers and the other analysts have a hard on for BAMA. They were a preseason favorite to play for the title.
If LSU had lost that game, I seriously doubt they would be pushing the LSU-BAMA rematch agenda.

O and you better believe the fools on here would be going crazy calling for a rematch, and gumps would be bitching about having to beat LSU twice.

a little different since LSU would have lost on the road - still, I wouldn't have screamed that they were screwed. Wanted it? yes. Deserved it? no.

Takes a licking, but keeps on bitching!

If you want to play that game, there is a difference between losing on the road by 3 in OT than at home genius.
