I love all these guys. However which one is the better CB?
Also is Brandon Taylor the most underrated and best SS LSU has had yet???? This guy is one of the best tacklers I personally have seen!!!!

I agree with this. All three are great. And play the position in different ways. They all get the job done.

I think PP is the best of the bunch as he is more of the prototype corner. Both C-Web and Da Clay Pigeon are really good too. It's ridiculous that we have had 3 of probably the top 10 CBs to play in the SEC in the past 10 years. I'd even add Chevis Jackson in there too. Dude was a beast, his only problem was his speed.
As for B Taylor, I think he might be the best SS we've had in the past 10 years. I just dont seem to remember any standout SSs that we've had during that time. All the great ones (Landry, Clark, Steltz) were free safeties.

Overall it'll be peterson eventually. right now it's webster. Claiborne is the best cover corner out of the three and he mainly played offense at Fair Park.
I completely agree with the BTaylor part. I actually think he's a little better than Mark Barron. Both are equal in stopping the run, even though most think Barron is probably better. Taylor excels in coverage, being a converted corner back. Whatever pro team gets Taylor is going to be lucky to have him. I also think he might even be a 2-3rd round pick.

Who do you think taught him? His brother and former LSU national champion Safety Curtis Taylor of course!

Peterson's greatest asset is his speed. You can't coach a sub 4.4
Claiborne's greatest asset is his technique and nose for the ball
Webster is an expert at using his body as a battering ram

Claiborne is the best corner of the 3 and it's not that close. PP is faster and a better return man, but Claiborne is better in coverage.

It's probably Peterson. Not only is the guy a stud, but he proved it against A.J. Greene and Julio Jones. That is the only hole in Claiborne's season; he hasn't had to cover any first round talent.
