Since I absolutely nailed the Ole Miss score, I feel pretty good about predicting the Arkansas score and breaking this thing down a tad. I honestly have been damn near dead-on all year except the Bama game, which I thought would be higher scoring (and when we meet again it will be!)

Nothing on the Arkansas team gives much concern to an LSU fan. Sure their receivers are awesome, but our DB's are too. They have a great return man, no doubt. Punt returns won't be an issue - we have the best college punter and a super coverage team. But kick returns could be an advantage to Arkansas. I think Ark will take 1 or 2 past the 40 - this may be a large factor that could keep the game closer than it should be.

The Arkansas defense should not really concern the LSU fan. LSU should be able to get good offensive production on the ground and throw it around 15-20 times. Arkansas is an average defensive team, so I think LSU will have average results - call it 34. Arkansas has a good offense, but LSU's defense is akin to that of BAMA and will hold the hogs to 13.

So there you have my analysis. LSU wins 34-13.

As a poster last week so eloquently noted, LSU owes this Arkansas team a bloody, body thrashing for some unpleasant memories in recent history. I am hoping that the Tigers come out with nothing short of wanting to send the Hogs back to Fayetteville with a severe case of post traumatic stress syndrome, and every time they geaux to the zoo and pass the tiger cages, or see a tiger on tv, they duck for cover, and crap their pants....
