I never knew Tulane recieved the "Death Penalty" for alleged point shaving in the mid 80's? "Hot Rod" Williams was one of the accused.

How many of you guys remember those Perry Clark teams? It was a fun time to be a college Basketball fan back then...

LSU, Tulane, and UNO were all postseason relevant. Seems like forever ago now.

Tulane basketball was nice for a minute. i remember Gerald Honeycutt, Chris Cameron, Cory Childs, and Leveldro Simmons. I also recall a midnight madness with Chris Cameron where he ran to the rim, took of his shirt, and did some athletic double pump dunk. Too bad they couldn't make a deep run with that team.

BTW, this is one of the most depressing threads ever. When I started at Tulane, we were a solid hoops and baseball school.

It all went downhill when we put AC in Fogelman...
