I'm pretty sure it was in memorial stadium.
I saw them once play grambling in memorial stadium, about that time, in a playoff game. If I remember correctly, the game was highlighted by 21 turnovers, 10 for wku and 11 for gsu. Sammy white was playing for gsu.

Wow, SECBanter, while I'm a huge LSU fan living here in Louisville, KY, your comments about WKU are totally rude and uncalled for. Even though Baton Rouge is my home (and will always have my heart) my husband & I have lived here for almost 16 years, and KY is full of wonderful people, and while I don't know a lot about Western, I do work with a few folks who went there and they are very nice people.

So, get off your "high horse" and be a little kinder. By the way, if you ever need a spanking brand new Corvette, guess where it will come from???? Right down there in good old Bowling Green, KY, so how's that! As difficult as it may be for you, try to be nice to those who may visit Louisiana. Your arrogant attitude is a little nauseating.
