Arkansas arguably has a better resume than both Oregon and Oklahoma and yet the move down with a win over a Top Ten opponent.

No he doesn't. Oregon has destroyed everyone they've played since us, Ark has struggled vs the worst ole miss team in 15 years and had to have 2 or 3 of the luckiest breaks ever to beat vandy.
Also, Arkansas BCS ranking today really doesnt matter. It is not designed to pick the 2 best teams after week 10. its to pick the 2 best teams after week 14.

As far as opponents they do. How they have played against inferior competition, they don't.
