I hope he does well and continues to improve healthwise. He might end up being the steal of the draft.

Romeus can practice for up to 21 days before the Saints need to either add him to the active 53-man roster, place him on season-ending injured reserve or release him. It seems unlikely that he will make the active roster this year since he has missed so much practice time and he is just now getting back to 100 percent with the torn anterior cruciate knee ligament he suffered last November while playing at Pittsburgh. But if he comes along quickly, both physically and mentally, it remains a possibility.

Once health he could be the best pass rusher on the team

He definitely had the talent for it prior to the injury.
The way that Jordan has been playing the last couple of weeks, it is good to think that we might have our bookend DEs of the future on the roster now.

I hope this guy can develop into the type of player scouts thought he would be pre-injury

He can effectively become our next year's 1st round draft choice if healthy.

Man I really hope he comes on strong.
What are they going to do after 21 days though? IR? Or try to find a spot for him. If he's back to 100% I say let him practice these 21 days fully and see how he does.
But he'll probably be IR'd
