Haha...my bad. Yea only two heart ventricles. Yea they put shunts in brain ventricles...its pretty common for traumatic brain injury (car accidents, not concussions). The brain swells, so the intracranial pressure goes up. The best way to relieve the pressure is to remove CSF from the ventricles in the brain.
