And I don't think Alabama's depth was significantly weaker than our depth. Our recruiting has been more or less on even footing. It's just that Saban doesn't believe in using his back-ups. I suspect it's because he can't accept a mistake here and there.

I noticed definitely late 4th when Trent and Lacy could get any yards, and just kept getting caught. Seemed with B. Jones (who is a beast by no stretch of the imagination) being hurt for them, and the rest of the O-Line just seemed tuckered out. They just couldn't get anything done.
