Says Miles thoroughly out coaches Saban. Also quotes Bama players as saying they are still the best team. Sorry no link, Saw it on MSM Mobile.

I wouldn't say "outcoached" either. Players have to "execute". Alabama had more plays where they failed to execute.

It wasn't a loss for Bama, it was an "un-win".

After having read this article, I am happier with our win than I was before. Their argument is that their mistakes cost them the game, but they are so talented that we should just genuflect when they enter the stadium while paying homage to their god, Nick Saban. I thought that mistakes, coaching decisions, dropped passes, and penalties were part of the game. If we had lost the game, I would have been happy to acknowledge them as the better team last night. Talk about sore losers. If we played them again, we could very well lose. If the Colts played the game again against the NY Jets, I am not sure they would have won again, and Joe Namath wouldn't have s Super Bowl ring. Get over it. It's a game. You lost. I knew there was a reason why I hate Bama!!!

If they say "we are the better offensive team", maybe.

If they say "we are the better defensive team", maybe.

But to way that they are the better "team", WRONG. As long as the "team" includes special teams, LSU is more complete.

The article is spot on about everything it says about Saban. Outcoached. Call a pass (and take a sack) to move you out of field goal range in OT? When you have the all-but-anointed Heisman Trophy winner RB? Kicking unmakeable field goals rather than pinning the other team deep with a punt?Half-back pass for an INT? Definitely outcoached. CLM would be beaten up by the media for these things, why not Saban?

So what's their excuse for not even having 100 yards rushing? Bad field? Migraines? Cramps?

LSU neutralized TR...thus ballgame

Congratulations, Alabama, you won... the stats.... er, that portion of the stats that confines itself to offensive and defensive yards gained and allowed. But if Little Nickie is not smart enough to tell you that special teams are a big part of the team, or that field position and timing are big parts of a game, then LSU fans are more than happy to fill you in.

It wasn't the better team that tripped on its own feet on a reverse. It wasn't the better team that underthrew a wide open tight end for a would-be touchdown. It wasn't the better team that missed all those field goals. Each and every one of those things involve talent that you lacked at a particular moment. And while your DB's were making pedestrian interceptions thrown right into your hands ours were making spectacular plays... which involved more talent?

The better team won. If they played again the better team would win again... and that would be LSU.

Classic Saban blaming players for the loss. It couldnt have been the fact les owned him again after a bye week.
