What is the recipe you have tried?

Low and slow on big green egg is what I do or I'll braise it in the oven from time to time.

Boiled like Tujaques. Good. Different.

i second low and slow on the egg.

i LOVE a mustard bath with rub sprinkled on top. makes it taste like butta.
