How do you motivate players for a big game like this?
Les: It's not necessary. If you can't get motivated for this game, there's something wrong.

You have worked with some many great coaches as a player and as an assistant coach. Is there anything you take from those coaches in preparing for big games like this?
Les: Yes. I intstinctively adopt aspects of Bo's Thursday night speeches. Bill McCartney brough such a "specific" approach to the big game.

How do you prepare to deal with Trent Richardson?
Les: He is a powerful runner. You have to tackle him. He won't go down easy. He has strong "body lean." Our defense has enjoyed playing against him in the past, and they will enjoy the challenge.

What's your favorite Cajun food?
Les: I eat a lot fish. It's always fresh and well prepared. I also eat a little crawfish (no shells).

Then some small talk about all the Miles kids being on undefeated sports teams. That's all I caught. You didn't miss much, dreaux.

Les sounded at ease. He's definitely not pissing himself over this.

So get a Droid and experience the wonderful flash experience there. I'm told it's marvelous.
Flash is going to die eventually. More and more sites have Flash alternatives. If you don't like Apple then move on but please, STFU until you do.

was a really good interview. Les was probably in his office taking a break from work.
