exactly. just because you wave your hands in the air asking for a TO doesnt mean the clock immediately stops running.

hell in baseball batters ask for a TO and step out of the box only to have in not granted and the pitcher fires the easiest strike ever.

kiffin is dead in the water on this

Not really, because as Kiffen said, I've been around football long enough to know how coaches get T.O.'s granted...we see it all the time, the coach talks to the official before the play and they agree he'll call a time-out at a certain time.

Shite, it happens during all those freeze the kicker T.O.s

Kiffen claims he had a deal with a ref. That's the only thing I think is wrong...if a ref promised him and now is lying.
