saban did have some coordinator experience in the NFL and was under bill B. i'd argue he was much more involved in coordinating one side of the ball than les is right now. it's kind of different
but, it isn't TOTALLY different. yet saban's mediocrity in the NFL (along with many others) should tell NFL teams not to mess with college coaches
