This place is the polar opposite of Baton Rouge. I've been in Columbia 3 yrs and still can't get used to it. You know you're outside the south when all the restaurants serve Pepsi. 
I went to the Homecoming parade this year and it was nice, but it's a totally different environment.
I'm excited the Tigers will be here every few yrs and maybe we can get a Cane's now.
This town doesn't even have a Chic-Fil-A!
