The B1G can make an offer no other conference can ever make. Kentucky is very close to B1g campuses.
It's easily possible but other teams are head of KY.

Never. Our identity is in basketball even if nobody else in the SEC cares and we're not going to walk away from 46 conference championships to be the new kid on the block somewhere else.
