before Ken Starr went uber-Baylor I was thinking that they would be a nice non-conference game. Now they can go frick themselves.
I feel the same way.
I had no issue with keeping them as an OOC game and I imagine that the A&M admin was going to try to keep them on the schedule. They are still one of our oldest rivalries after all.
However, KStarr ruined all of that with his threats of lawsuits and his incredibly hypocritical "Don't Mess With Texas Football" campaign.
It was really a very stupid course of action on his part. They rarely sell out their stadium unless its an A&M/sip game and our games with them (in multiple sports) are regularly their biggest money makers.
I imagine we won't try to schedule them in anything until KS and possibly several of their current head coaches are gone.

Outside of the idiots on Baylorfans that view A&M as Al Quida, I wonder if the rank and file Baylor fan is happy to see their coaches "stick it to A&M" and go out of their way to say they won't schedule us. (although I'm pretty sure K Starr made the feeling mutual?)
I'd like to believe that BF.com represents the worst of the worst among their fanbase, but sometimes I wonder.

Proof of the dysfunction of the Big 12.
Big 10 takes Nebraska.
Pac 10 takes Colorado and Utah.
ACC takes Pitt and Syracuse.
Big 12 takes TCU and WVU.
Not one threat of lawsuits.
Texas A&M and Mizzou try to better themselves by going to the SEC and they both get hit with threats of law suits as they try to leave the Big 12..
Just read that on another site and thought how that show the Big 12 in a true light of how they are.
I can't imagine how miserable it's going to be as a Missouri fan if we end up having to stay in the Big 12 1 more year knowing we should be playing in the SEC instead.
