Not really. 1-loss SEC/Big 10 or undefeated ACC/Big 12/Pac-12 go before Boise, IMO.

Since Boise State's schedule is much weaker than last year's, a one-loss LSU or Alabama would leap-frog them.

undefeated stanford, clemson, or K-state will leapfrog boise st into #2 if wisconsin, oklahoma continue to lose tonight and above the loser of Nov 5th.
