I think in a way that Les focusing too much on each players "specific skill-set" forces them to go out there and be put in a position to only do those things which specifically suit them more than the other guy, which results in 2 QB's who each know how to do 1 thing, but neither could adequately do what they were obviously weaker at (Lee-running for a couple yards every now and then and delivering blows, Jefferson-throwing). So its almost like you have half a QB when they go out there, or not a complete QB. I don't really like it, but I am not the coach.
