It's not the season finale

Everything I'm reading says 16 episodes in season 1....
This is episode 16....

IMDB says there are 19 episodes that have been filmed already for season 1 and lists 24 total. That seems like a lot though

That's a long arse time to wait if true.

I was confused this entire episode. It was hard to follow but Daniel being denied bail really sucks. The judge was just looking to take down the 1% down. The shite she said in the courtroom sounded so damn biased and politically charged. Kind of wanting to look pretty for the camera.

I have no idea why daniel didn't outright say that it was self defense. He made things worse by looking guilty and saying he doesn't know. Why did the jap guy tamper with the tapes and why did he shoot tyler? What does Nolan plan to do with Ashley? What is Declan going to do? So many variables that more episodes are needed to sort this out.

I have no idea how this is going to work out for emily. The justice system is way too close to this and her revenge. I have no idea what is going to happen.

I don't think it is new until next week.

New episodes start next week. 6 straight new ones to finish off the season.

Apparently, they don't shoot these episodes that far in advance because they don't want secrets and all to get out.

There was another period of a long delay before earlier in the season I think. They used that period to actually shoot the new episodes.

Also, ABC aired a lot of new spring shows, interview specials and all the last month and a half. A good bit of their shows were reruns for a while.
