I think losing Gonzales is a bad move. he was a big part of us getting Miller and Johnson this year. I'd love having the stronger Texas presence Porter could offer, but I think our current staff is extremely good without him.

Maybe so. I think LSU has likely more reason to do with him coming than a WR coach.

Talk about giving a guy credit for something he had literally nothing to do. Avery is coming to LSU because of his brother, not a shitty WR coach.

I'm with you on Gonzo. I am not ready to see him go yet now that he has started putting a dent in Florida recruiting. Our TX connection is our new special teams coach Thomas McGaughey by the way. He has a background in Houston and Krags probably still has a few connections from his days with TAMU.

Doubtful. Miller loves the country life style around the BR area and Johnson is coming because of his brother. Most players come here because of Miles. Miller also likes that both his head coach and offensive coordinator are former offensive linemen
