Fans are too obsessed, with geography. It has nothing to do with that. It is about money, so that leaves ATL and DAL, and the big 12, will have Jerry World locked up by , 2017, when contract expires. Btw, Falcolns cant leave until at least 2018. If it was about Geography, do you think MU would be a good choice to join.

What do you mean it's about money? New Orleans has long been a better city than Atlanta for football games, bowl games, etc. Ask a typical fan where they'd rather go and have fun for a weekend for a championship, super bowl or bowl game. It wouldn't even be close. I live in Atlanta and it has very little character. It's got nothing on New Orleans as far as offering architecture, character, food, etc. The atmosphere is just okay for the championship game and even though it's right next to Centennial Olympic park, the aquarium and World of Coca Cola, it's a pretty boring atmosphere leading up to the championship game. And again, due to corporations getting lots of tickets to the championship game, it's almost always an unbalanced crowd in favor of the East team, especially if it's Georgia, Florida or Tennessee playing, which it typically is. Time to spread the wealth. New Orleans and I bet Nashville would be packed if it were rotated.

I managed to rebut in a single post.

If you put that game in Dallas, and the Cowboys are having a playoff quality season, no one will give a rats arse about it except for any local alums. Plus, Jerry World isn't in Dallas, it's in Arlington.

If you have to put it in Texas, put it in San Antonio. It's only 80 miles from t.u., which would amuse me tremendously, and San Antonio is a great city. On the other hand, the Alamo Dome is a dump.

For that matter, Houston would love to have it. Houston takes a lot of shite, mostly bitching by people who live there. Constant complaining about your home city is a Houston thing. It's much more refreshing that the "our shite don't stink" attitude of Dallas. Reliant is in a really cool part of town, near Rice and the Museum District. West U (the area around Rice) is home to a lot of great bars and restaurants.
