cook whatever you want, but, about 8 of those birds need to go in 6 or 8 freezer bags, 10-4

All went into freezer Saturday morning. Not cooking them until next weekend so had to do that. Gumbo or jambalaya were my first thoughts but I wanted more ideas for something different if possible.
Would invite all but will be at a tailgate in another state and not anLSU game.
