What could be ESPN's motivation? How about Notre Dame? Ara already made the public statement that conference realignment may force Notre Dame to affiliate their football program with a conference. If this were to happen what would the Irish Do?

The Big East wants Boise so it can use Boise's wins to jump up its record.
