Travis might be "the Man" but his argument concerning why the Big East keeps the AQB has major flaws.
No matter what ESPN's participation was in the ACC's "Rape and Pillage, Part II" of Big East, I seriously doubt that has any affect on the renewal of the BCS contract in 2013. If that's what the Big East is hanging their hat on, they're in deep trouble.
If there's a potential cause of action ripe for litigation, that would be the other conferences out there which don't have AQBs. Let the Big East become CUSA II and keep the AQB and watch the shite hit the fan.
