Why are there 2 numbers in the ps line?
Eg: Germany -1,-1 1/2?
Does that mean germany gives up a point in the 1st half and 1 1/2 in the second?

Also can be represented by -1.25
It's called asian lines. Half your money is bet on each line. If Germany wins by 1 one pushes and one loses (you get 1/2 of your money back and lose the other half), if Germany wins by two you win both bets (the whole bet is successful).
Germany won by 2 so in this case you win both.
