Just saw it on the espn ticker. It looks like we may have a legit shot. FSU in the end still, IMO

Yes he mentioned he wanted to make a trip.
I really want Channing Ward, post on the SEC Recruiting Board says hes told some reporter hes heading to LSU..but I haven't received a follow up link to provide the proof..

Yeah, he is scheduled to visit during the Auburn game, and then visits Oklahoma for the A&M game I believe. ESPN has him favoring Oklahoma, but hopefully his visits makes him realize that he would do better at LSU

I'm sorry but Edwards is on a different level than any other defensive end prospect. It also helps that Les can show Ward and Edwards if he does visit that Rasco is getting playing time as a true freshman and is contributing already.
I don't think Edwards winds up at FSU and that its an LSU-OU battle for the kid

He's never seen LSU except for on TV and even prospects that aren't going to LSU make visits just to witness the atmosphere. As long as we keep the visit with him, especially a night game against a team no one likes, I think we will have a great shot

Well if we can beat Auburn pretty well in front of him and steal the spotlight on Nov.5 than we just might have a pretty good shot
