60 bucks for the Ben Stilller/Eddie Murphy shitfest
i really don't know if this will take off but i'm glad to see it at least being given a chance.

When you think about what movie theaters charge for popcorn soda candy and tickets $60 dollars at home with say 5 or 6 other people the consumer(s) probably break even, even if it is a shitty movie.

This is a great idea and one that I imagine will take off nationwide. Just having 4 watch it and you are even.
My concern would be compression used to stream it and what type of audio. I don't go to the theaters much but when I do it is specifically for a big blockbuster to get the full experience. I don't normally stream those movies either and instead watch them on bluray so it would have to be comparable.

$60, no thanks. I'll do whaty I always do and wait for it to come out on pay per view or DVD. I have never spent 60 bucks going to see a movie at a theater, and the convienience of watching it from home still doesn't make that price soun good to me.
