And if he changed a rule a few weeks into the season just because you told it was stupid, I would have taken exception with that.

Jeff went on to say he didn't think it would be fair so we left it at that. I am all for discussing a change but I don't understand the copy and paste of the post.

I never knew we settled it because of what Jeff said. Nothing was ever said definitely.
if no one can see why I thought that there wasn't a limit on transaction, then I dont know what to say. I am not blaming it on you at all. that was just the last thing I read on that matter.
as far as the 2 day period then player goes on waivers, i would be no one in this league was aware of this until I brought it up. Not sure why I am catching flack from all these figs.

One thing was said definitely...the constitution..I cant believe youd be so obtuse th thnk you could say a league rule is dumb, have port say he'd change it, and it get changed with NO ONE taking exception.

Every league we're in has a time limit on when you can pick up a player after he's been released. It's that way so a team that is out of it can't tell someone else that they're dropping a stud, allowing them to pick the player up right away.
What's in question is the process of claiming the player. Can you make a claim after waivers for the week have been run or do you have to wait 2 days and be the first to add him?
I believe its the former but ill let you know for sure on Wednesday. You tried and you dropped a player unintentionally.

There was a limit last year...if port said that, he did so without researching it first.
I am not the one whining because the rules arent going my way.
I dont care what you have to say aboout me but surely you notice I am at least consistent in that I always defer to what the rules actually say.

Not taking any of it personal. I am for more waiver moves, just not changing it mid season. Sorry about the confusion. I should have never said that I would change it. After hearing Gyno and Toula I knew it would be a problem and I agrees with them that it should beeft alone. Never imagined it would actually effect someone but it did.
