So save the just shut up support the decisions crap, if I didn't care about the program, this probably wouldn't get me fired up. I pay good money for seats, parking and paraphernalia, I deserve to voice my opinion and not sit down and shut up.

I don't think most people really have any issues with the voicing of one's opinion. Where you see people get up in arms is when it appears that EVERY decision made by the staff is questioned to the nth degree...or when disagreeing with a decision becomes screaming obscenities at our own players and coaches.

We are in the height of what can only be described as the Golden Age of LSU Football, and yet we're essentially at war with each other as fans, with the coaching staff, with the players, etc.

Why not enjoy the ride..? What ever happened to saving this animosity for incoming teams?

because these jackasses are too self-indulgent and too freakn' stupid to understand a concept that simple and that honest. booing your own kids is the ultimate "it's all about me" statement.

personally, I've adopted the same attitude as the team (and I paraphrase), "frick off and just geaux away."

I have always said.. if you support your team, you are entitled to bitch all you want INSIDE the family, i.e. tiger droppings, club with friends, etc.,but when you boo the players in public, you cross the line. You are actually hurting that which you claim to support.

the old saying applies...
you reprimand in private, you praise in public.
