Mizzou should go to east IMO
At least the North South divisions in the OP make geographical sense. Mizzou to the east would be like the PAC-12 putting Washington state in the south. Sure it may be a quick solution, but it looks really stupid.

Here is a better idea. Put all of the SEC in one division and put Mizzou in another division. We'll call Mizzou's division the Big12
