Dude, come on, you can't be that slow. All that happened today was the Grand Jury decided that there was enough evidence to bring JJ to trial on simple battery. No one decide Jefferson did or didn't do anything.

Kicking someone in the head with a shoe would have been second degree battery. The Grand Jury effectively found that JJ did not kick anyone in the head.
