he's bitching about the show but he fits right in to what they are trying to do.

Stir up the rednecks and make them bitch at him and each other on the air.

I love how you can hear Finebaum typing on his computer while the guy is speaking. I doubt he even heard a word of it. While the talking, Finebaum is checking his bank account...
