I mean both sides lobbying the public for sympathy for their side by appearing on numerous radio shows spewing he said she said nonsense...You can't believe what either side is saying.

Shouldn't this be against some legal precedence or something?? There have been numerous cases over the years that have involved prominent people but I don't recall any of them using the media to gather support for their side.

Lots of high profile cases are argued in the court of public opinion.

LSU is 3-0. We have a great team with a solid QB for the first time since 2007. I don't care about the lawyers, the case, or the defendants at this point. None of it has to do with the football team anymore. We have moved on. I suggest you do the same. If for whatever reason you still have an interest, may I suggest you try the OT and leave the rant for football related topics?

If you were the victim or the accused you wouldn't have a problem with your lawyer being an advocate on your behalf.

The bigger problem is with the media sensationalizing everything.

Actually, this isn't unusual in high profile cases unless the court issues a gag order, and there's no case or judge at the moment to issue such an order. You probably notice it more because you're more interested in this case.

Maybe you should be agitated with the fans of LSU. There is an inescapable appetite for all thins LSU football in this town/state. I can assure the media wouldn't be covering it if there was no interest.

I'd like to know if JJ really did kicked someone in the head repeatedly. Some people deserve to be kicked in the head, but that kind of shite should be done by someone other than your starting QB.

I never liked JJ as our starting QB, but I don't wish bad things for him.

Do any of you posters know if JJ did do some head kicking?

Actually - what I have noticed is that Bienvenu only responds after Unglesby spews out allegations that have no basis in fact - I am quite sure if Unglesby would shut up - so would Bienvenu
