I bought that exact lower for $99 shipped. I went with it because I wanted to spend as little as possible for my first AR. The lower body is very sturdy and durable, but all internal parts are polymer also, including the takedow and pivot pins. I'll probably buy a lower parts kit and replace the internals for metal ones, but I'm not concerned about the durability of the lower body itself for what I need.
