Doesn't really matter. Upper is the most important part. I just buy whatever I find a great deal on first. Get a lower receiver

Are there any "deal-a-day" sites or any parts house websites that has daily/weekly deals? I want to say I saw on while surfing around yesterday but can't remember it.
