I've been talking smack about this game all week to my buddy who went to grad school there.

He replied today with "You don't know what y'all are walking into, Morgantown has been looking forward to this since they announced they'd be playing this series. This is the biggest game in WVU history"

Now I'm a bit uneasy about the game, when before I was 100% confident of a win.

Is morgantown a tougher place to play than the swamp, BD, Jordan Hare??? I doubt it. Relax we got this.

Fans won't be on the field.

They don't know what they are walking into.

You should be uneasy....this is a very capable team but is still maturing into a new offense. If we play like the team that played Norfolk State in the first half...you'll win going away.

If WVU finds the groove like we did in a complete domination on the road at Maryland for the first 3 Q's and the intensity gets rolling in MoTown...you'll never be in the ball game.

Trust me there is no more electric venue than Morgantown for a Saturday night game.

Basics of football:

1. TOP...favors team that can rush and stop the rush...check LSU

2. Talent...best team wins most of the time......check LSU

3. Coaching.....save the Les jokes....but LSU has much more experienced deep coaching staff.

4. Experience....even the Soph playing have experienced huge game after hughe game...check LSU.

If we control turnovers, and play decent special teams we roll. If we turn it over and give up big plays, it will be a close game that we still win.

Feel better?

This being the biggest game in the history of the program is a double-edged sword. The fans and players will be jacked, but nerves can be a killer. These are college kids and the pressure being put on them by their overly excited fan base could easily get to the players. I would not be surprised if WV comes out flat and makes several mental mistakes in the first quarter.

WVU Did not look impressive against Maryland last week and they have no run game. Being one dimensional against this LSU defense is not good especially for the WVU qb.

So they feel that this game is bigger than the Pitt game in 2007 when they were ranked 2nd in the country and one win away from the BCSCG?

They shite the bed in that game, so hopefully they will do the same against us on Saturday.

Dude high school offenses don't work against top SEC defenses. At least I cant think of one that has.

Not worried about WVU... Just like I wasnt for Oregon. Totally worried about UF and Bama.

Call your doctor. Ask for a Xanax prescription.

Get one of those in your system and you won't really care if they win or lose. You'll be all, "whatever".

I am always nervous as a whore in church before every game. Just my nature.

I see Les playing another very conservative game at WVU. Also think LSU's run game will be much more productive this weekend.
