I would not consider the younger Jefferson's recruitment in making any decisions regarding Jordan. One potential recruit will not make or break a class.

So, if he comes back next year and does not start, do you think his brother comes here?
If he comes back this season and does not start, do you think his family will not think he is getting screwed.
If his brother's college choice will be made based on whether his family is going to be satisfied, Miles will either have to make JJ the starter this season or next, and most believe that would put one of those seasons in jeopardy. Miles surely will not do this.
